When our digestion gets back up and we are not pooing at least once a day, it can get super uncomfortable. Especially if you’re battling something like IBS or anxiety and stress-related constipation, slow digestion can be downright painful. Rather than reaching for a laxative, try drinking lots of water, eating lots of plant-based fiber, and incorporating some super gentle moves for constipation into your daily habits.
