Stress Relief Yoga Break

This yoga class, (which is 15 minutes – not 10!), begins with Nadi Shodhana – alternate nostril breathing – which aids in bringing attention to the breath and calming the nervous system. Following pranayama, enjoy a full warm up. This stress relief class includes movement, to relieve stress and tension and get you out of your head and into your body. Three rounds of sun salutations, followed by pigeon, twists and a great savasana, will get you moving in the right direction. I hope you enjoy this class!
