Hey yogis, I don’t know about you… but the past few weeks have been stressful! This yin yoga practice will help you relieve stress and anxiety in a soothing way while also working on flexibility. All you need are two pillows or a bolster. Just grab whatever you have around the house!

We’ll be working a lot on the inner and outer hip as well as our spine for a great full body stretch. This class is suitable for all levels. You can always grab more props to make the poses more comfortable.
