Welcome to a chair yoga practice for seniors and beginners. Explore twists, forward folds, side body stretches, and mindful breathing. Also a great practice for a break while working at the office.

This yoga class is led by Sue, a certified yoga instructor. Sue is 200 hour YTT trained, Thai yoga massage certified, Reiki certified Level 1 and 2.
